This achievement is due, without doubt, to the company's investment in building a dedicated Construction Industry Safety Training Centre (CISTC) at its Farnham headquarters.
All levels of supervisor and operative training are carried out in-house by professionally qualified instructors and the entire Natta workforce is 100% CSCS or CPCS accredited. The company is also qualified for the relevant security clearances necessary for working on government contracts. Strict quality control procedures are imposed throughout the company's operations in accordance ISO 9001:2008 registration and Natta has obtained ISO 14001, the internationally accredited environmental standard, showing our commitment to protecting the environment that we work in. Natta has also been recognised as an ‘Investor in People’ since 2007 and is committed to continuing training staff and development.
