Natta's belief in the importance of health and safety thoughout the construction
indusry has led it to operate a policy of 'zero tolerance' regarding compliance
with all regulatory and legislative requirements. As a result, the company has
an exceptionally low level of reportable accidents.

This achievement is due, without doubt, to the company's investment in
building a dedicated Construction Industry Safety Training Centre (CISTC)
at its Farnham headquarters. All levels of supervisor and operative training
are carried out in-house by professionally qualified instructors and the
entire Natta workforce is progressing to total CSCS or CPCS accreditation.
These courses are also available to sub-contractors and clients.
