Overview:
This fast paced project consisted of the sub structure, drainage and all hard finishes for a data storage office block and multi-storey car park. The project includes 500 T of steel and 4000 m3 of concrete. Being a data storage facility there is extensive services work and the ground floor level is stepped with a suspended floor design.

Scope of Works:
The project involved the installation of a piling mat, CHD pile break down and pile cap construction. Extensive waterproofing was carried out including (grace products - structure seal, granules and sheet seal 226), under slab cast iron drainage - both 4" and 6" pipe and 2 No. in-situ concrete manholes within the slab. Service duct were installed and the building ground slab construction included 4 No. lift pits plus 2 No. stair wells. The multi storey car park had brush finished ground slabs including 70m long retaining wall, 2 No. stairs and 2 No. vehicle ramps. Drainage was carried out using various sizes of clay with associated concrete manholes and a petrol interceptor was installed.
