Natta were contracted to undertake the groundworks of a new secondary school building in Bexleyheath. The works had to be phased as the new building was being constructed on the playing fields of the existing school. Works also included the part refurbishment / part demolition of the existing school buildings, and external works including the formation of a new playing field.
Scope of Works:
Natta were employed as the groundwork contractors. The work involved the inital site clearance and excavation and concreting
of strip footings. Installation of foul and surface water sewer systems. Construction of new car parks and construction of multi use games
area (MUGA). Hard landscaping works and soft landscaping works were undertaken.
