This development included a reinforced ground beam lattice to support a bison plank floor and alterations to the adoptable road with new sections also constructed.
Scope of Works:
The work Natta carried out involved constructing a reinforced concrete substructure, tanked lift pits and 278 works including a turning head
in addition to a drainage diversion and construction of new storm and foul connections. The finishing works included large areas
of slabbing, block paving, sleeper walls, kerbing, a surface level tarmac car park and landscaping.
The works included the initial site clearance and grading. Pumping chamber, sub-surface collection system. Grease trap installation. Foundations including reinforced concrete lift pit, fully tanked. Storm and foul drainage throughout site and on surrounding roads, including a diversion of the existing storm main. The finishing works including kerbing, slabs, tarmac car park, block paving and landscaping to finished profiles. 278 works on the existing road, liaising with the council on all aspects of the work including installation of conservation kerbs.
