Scope of Works:
Natta were employed as the Principle Contractor. The work involved the site clearance and land remediation
with the screening and removal of the unsuitable arisings. The cut and fill and installation of the piling mat with concrete piles.
Excavation and breakdown of piles and the construction of pile caps and ground beams. Claymaster to external ground beam foundations. Sub structure
brick and block work with bock and beam floor. Internal drainage and service (electric and water) entries with drainage connections to existing.
The installation of CCTV of existing sewers. Hydrobrake manhole on surface water sewers. Tarmac of an access road, footpaths and parking bays.
