Natta was chosen to construct a spectacular mansion in the exclusive location of Virginia Water. The residence included a spiraling concrete ramp down to an underground parking area, including space for 6 cars and a car washing station. Also constructed in the basement were a swimming pool, spa and Jacuzzi, with all structures formed in waterproof concrete, installed in very challenging ground. Our design and build works included the blockwork, pre-cast bison plank installation and pumped drainage system. The remaining superstructure of the residence was completed by our sister company, Natta Country Homes, providing a turn key project for our client.
Scope of Works:
As the main contractor on this project Natta’s works included the construction of a basement
(using waterproof concrete) including a swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa. Construction of an underground parking for 6 cars, and
staff quarters and terracing. The installation of cast iron drainage, pumps and all services. Steel frame and Bison concrete
floor planks. Filter drain to perimeter. Drainage connection to existing manhole in highway.
