The project involved the construction of a new a new care home as part of a larger housing development. Natta constructed a waterproof concrete basement along with all associated drainage and services including SUDS construction including soakaways and permeable paving. Other environmental requirements were the construction of a large bio-mass store and no dig road construction. Natta also constructed the 100m long access road including the new access crossover by our street works qualified operatives. We were also responsible for dealing with the council and utility companies to obtain all necessary consents required.
Scope of Works:
Natta were employed as the groundwork contractor. The work involved an open cut excavation for the
basement and the construction of a reinforced waterproof concrete basement and construction of a biomass chamber. All drainage works
including connections to existing on site sewers. Construction of access roads and parking areas. External paving works and topsoil
being laid.
