This project comprised the construction of a 5 storey reinforced concrete frame with a basement. Working within a tight inner city site surrounded on 3 sides by roads and to the fourth side an existing building.
Scope of Works:
Natta's works included the temporary works sheet piling and frame due to the location of the existing roads, piling
works and pile caps. The waterproofing of a concrete basement, including insulation and construction of a 5 storey reinforced concrete frame with
insitu concrete stairs, lift shaft, drop beams and upstands. The drainage works comprised internal – cast iron, external - connections
to existing mains.
