A turnkey project to construct a multi storey reinforced concrete frame building as a childrens centre for the City of Westminster Council on a restricted inner city site.
Scope of Works:
Natta were employed to carry out the following works erection of site hoarding. Demolition of the
existing structure and reduced level excavation. Placing of piling mat and piling and the excavation, cutting down of piles and
constructing pile caps. The construction of a retaining wall and suspended ground floor slab. All associated drainage works and
services to the building. Construction of a three storey reinforced concrete frame. Provision of Natta’s own craneage to carry
out the works.
