The complete construction of an Infrastructure Roads and Services network for a community of nearly 2000 new homes. One unique feature of this development was a requirement that all major distributor road were complete and fully landscaped before house building work commenced.
Scope of Works:
Natta was initially appointed enabling works contractor to provide access to various parts of the site
to facilitate the grounding of unsightly HV transmission lines and the removal of pylons. Following the successful completion of
those operations the company tendered and was appointed civil engineering contractor for the following 3 phases finally completing
the works in 2006.
