Summary: Our basements are for a variety of applications, including nursing homes, commercial buildings and private properties.

Scope of Works: All of our basements provide a guaranteed waterproof underground space that can be used for parking, storage, swimming pools, extra living space and many other applications.

Specific areas of involvement are summarised below:-

• Site strip of vegetation and any structures.
• Bulk excavation, including any shoring or ground support and dewatering system installation.
• All drainage under the basement and associated connections to the mains and any pumping chambers.
• Construction of reinforced waterproof concrete basement to any design or shape.
• All temporary propping requirements.
• Backfill operation.
• Steel frame or concrete columns inside the basement along with the suspended ground floor in either reinforced concrete, or hollowcore concrete slabs.
• Any reinforced concrete frame requirement for the rest of the building.
• External works to the property including any paving, roads or landscaping.
