Summary:
Our contract comprised
the construction of a reinforced concrete basement and suspended ground floor
slab for a large healthcare housing development, with all associated drainage
and finishing works.
Scope of Works:
The work we carried out included a reinforced concrete substructure basement
for use as a car park, tanked lift pit and suspended ground floor slab for
the building. The finishing works included large areas of sealed slabbing
with minimal falls into channel drains, a surface level tarmac car park and
landscaping.
Our work included:-
Grading site to suit construction.
Foundations and basement slab including reinforced concrete lift pit,
fully tanked.
Reinforced concrete crane base complete with cast in crane frame to
tight positional and level tolerances.
Reinforced concrete columns and suspended ground floor slab.
Storm and foul drainage throughout site, with the addition of electric
and data cable ducts.
Finishing works including linear drainage, kerbing, sealed slabs, tarmac
car park, block paving of different kinds and landscaping to finished profiles.
