Natta is delighted to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) winners for January 2019.
The Expertise award went to Gintautas Rimkus from our Barnet project. Gintautas won for building a tricky timber roof whilst keeping on top of every concrete pour. A colleague commented, “Gintatutas completed this all with great positive energy, from daylight until late if necessary!”
The award for Quality went to Barry Singh. Barry re-painted all of the cabinets at our Barnet site in Natta- green. A colleague mentioned, “He did a wonderful job which for sure will make a great impression to our present and future clients!”
Xhavit Dauti also from our Barnet site won for the Teamwork award. He won for saving the day over the Christmas shutdown whilst a few machine drivers were still on holiday. A colleague mentioned, “Natta had an urgent query from the client in Barnet. Xhavit didn’t hesitate a second and jumped from one excavator to another to help load the lorries, stockpiling deliveries of 6F2 or simply digging.”
The Collaboration award went to both Matilde De La Plaza and Chen Liang from our Kettering site. They were both acknowledged for filling in the resource gaps, Natta had in Kettering before Christmas. Both Matilde and Chen were happy to complete any job without complaining. All whilst, maintaining their everyday workloads. A colleague continued, “I am so happy to be working with them. If we keep up this good work together, we will continue to beat all targets.”
Head Office Winners
The award for Integrity went to Elliot Braund from our training company, CISTC. Elliot took it upon himself to vacuum and mop the training room entrance and staircase. Trainees were constantly walking through with muddy feet from the training field.
Bethany Broomfield-Jones from our Marketing Department won the award for Innovation. A colleague commented, “Bethany has done a truly fantastic job in raising the CISTC profile on Google, Strategising Ad Words and encouraging the conversion rate which in turn has increased sales for CISTC.”
The Teamwork award went to Matthew Benham and Clare Clarke. Matthew won for setting up a system which puts all of Natta’s phone numbers on new mobile phones. Therefore, ensuring everyone’s phonebook is complete once issued. A colleague noted, “An excellent help for all future communications.”Clare also from our Head Office won after arranging that the upstairs photocopier would be fixed, allowing the top floor to scan in documents to send straight to email.
Lastly, Iona Huckle won the award for Sustainability. After taking the initiative to start recycling bottle tops. An excellent way to continue to help the environment and promote Natta’s ethics.
Well done to all the winners this month, keep up the good work. The Love Awards will return again next month!
