Wantage Infrastructure Drone Film

Natta is delighted to share the first visuals of our Wantage project for client St Modwen Developments Limited. The project is comprised of a new 1500 unit major housing development, incorporating a new primary school, neighbourhood centre and central park over a 227-acre site.

Scope of Works:

As principal contractor, we have been engaged to form two new 278 works entrances into the site. We are also undertaking the bulk cut and fill to ready the land parcels for construction. Our scope also includes the construction of the initial drainage and road infrastructure to service the first four land parcels.

The forming and planting of a 140,000m² public open space area which will provide the landscape centrepiece to the whole scheme.
